Payment:
A 50% upfront payment is required before I start working on your commission.
After the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid before I proceed with rendering.
Failure to pay the remaining balance means I will not continue the work.
Refund:
No refunds will be provided once I have started the sketch.
However, if I am unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons, a full or partial refund may be issued at my discretion.
Revisions:
Minor revisions (e.g., small color adjustments, adding/removing small objects) are free up to 3 times. Additional minor revisions will incur an extra charge.
Major revisions (e.g., pose change, outfit redesign, background overhaul) will incur a fee of 75% of the remaining balance.
Processing Time:
The commission will be completed within 5-14 days after receiving the upfront payment and all necessary details.
Additional revisions or complex requests may extend the timeframe.
Usage Rights:
The commissioned artwork is for PERSONAL USE ONLY (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers, personal prints).
You May Not Resell, Reproduce, or Use The Artwork For Commercial Purposes unless we agree on a separate commercial fee.
I retain the copyright to the artwork and may use it for my portfolio, unless agreed otherwise.
Canvas Size & Delivery:
You may request a specific canvas size; otherwise, the default size will be 1920 x 1080 (portrait/landscape) at 350 DPI.
The final artwork will be sent in PNG and JPG format to your email.
If you order a chibi with a background, you may request the character and background to be sent as separate files.
A watermarked version may be provided for previews before final delivery
